72 hr notice is required to reschedule/cancel any permanent makeup or full set appointments and 48 hrs for fill appointments, unless there is a last minute EMERGENCY. 50% of the price is due for all appointments that don't require a deposit if you cancel/reschedule after the 48 hr window if it's a non emergency. 100% is due if it’s a same day cancellation. You can reschedule your appointment with the same retainer one time, the second time you will have to put down another non refundable deposit. No calls/no shows will lose their retainer and must pay 100% of the missed appointment AND a new non refundable deposit to rebook. I give a grace period of 15 min for each appointment. Anything over that time period you will have to pay for the missed appointment to reschedule.
